Thailand Team: Summer 2010

We are so excited about the opportunity we have this summer to go to Bangkok, Thailand and serve on behalf of Brentwood at Beginnings. We are also looking forward to building relationships with the girls there, and we can’t wait to see what God has in store for this trip.

There will be two teams going this summer. The first team will be there May 22-July 4.

Thank you in advance for your support and prayers along the way! Your prayers are such a huge and important part of this trip.

Here are some specific things that you can pray for now:

That God would continue to prepare each of us over the next month for the things that we will see and experience while we are there

For the people that we will interact with

And that God would prepare the hearts of the women that we will encounter

The Spirit of the Sovereign Lord is on me, because the Lord has anointed me to preach good news to the poor. He has sent me to bind up the brokenhearted, to proclaim freedom for the captives... to bestow on them a crown of beauty instead of ashes, the oil of gladness instead of mourning, and a garment of praise instead of a spirit of despair. They will be called oaks of righteousness, a planting of the Lord for the display of his splendor.
